If you want your subscribers to recognize who the message is from right away, it’s important to use a customized sender name and email address in your email campaigns.
Follow the steps below to update these details in your account:
Navigate to Mail Server Settings
From your dashboard, go to Mail Server Settings (or access directly here).
Go to the “Servers” Tab
Locate “Email Sender Details”
Scroll down to the Email Sender Details section.
This section contains fields for Sender Name and Sender Email.
Update Your Sender Information
Click into the Sender Name field to change the display name recipients see when they get your emails.
Update the Sender Email field to specify the address that your emails will be sent from.
Your changes will be automatically saved as you type; no additional steps are necessary.
Verify Your Changes
Once you’ve made updates, send a test email or check your campaign preview.
Ensure that the Sender Name and Sender Email are appearing exactly as you want them to.
