You can easily bulk upload contacts in NeoDeliver by following these steps:

1. Go to the Contacts Page:

Navigate to your Contacts page and click on the Import Contacts button.

2. Upload Your CSV File:

Upload any CSV file forma, there are no strict requirements. However, we recommend using column names similar to the terms on the contact profile page (e.g., “given name”, “email”) for better accuracy.

3. AI Processing:

Our AI will automatically extract all the information from your file. Just sit back while the process completes.

4. View Imported Contacts:

Once the processing is done, the imported users will appear on your Contacts page.
