What are Campaigns

A campaign is simply a message template you create to communicate with your audience. It allows you to design a message once and send it out to any client, at any time, via your chosen communication channel (email, SMS, or push notification).

Think of it as a reusable blueprint for your messages. You can personalize it with dynamic content and use it whenever you want to reach out to your audience.

Examples of Campaigns:

  • Welcome Email: A template to greet new users when they sign up, with personalized details like their name or account information.

    • Example: "Hi {{.Name}}, welcome to NeoDeliver! Here’s how to get started."

  • Order Update SMS: A message to notify customers about the status of their order.

    • Example: "Hi {{.Name}}, your order is on its way!"

  • Push Notification for a Sale: A quick alert to announce a limited-time discount.

    • Example: "Don’t miss out, {{name}}! Our 50% off sale ends tonight!"

  • Event Reminder Email: A reminder for an upcoming event or appointment.

    • Example: "Hi {{name}}, just a reminder that your appointment is scheduled for {{date}} at {{time}}."

Key Points to Remember:

  1. Reusable: Create once and send whenever needed—no need to start from scratch each time.

  2. Personalized: Add dynamic fields like {{.Name}}, {{.Meta.order_number}}, or {{.Meta.time}} to make the message unique for each client.

  3. Flexible Timing: Send the message immediately or schedule it for later.

By using campaigns, you save time and ensure consistent, professional communication with your audience.
